Mental health outpatient services

Making sure that participants get the right support is critical. In the initial meeting, our intake manager assesses whether New Narrative is the best fit for the individual’s needs. Based on this assessment, we set up a personalized team that may include a clinician, case manager, peer support, psychiatrist, or nurse. With participant’s permission, we include their medical, addictions or other social services teams. We can also connect participants with other community resources, groups and providers for support based on the individual’s mental health plan and goals.

Mental health residential services

Participants determine whether treatment housing is right for them. Licensed by the state of Oregon and staffed 24 hours a day, every day, our temporary treatment housing programs offer more than just a safe place to live. Participants can do group work, engage in skill-building exercises, practice managing their mental health, and join other therapy activities.
